  • Lead standardisation, moderation and quality assurance activity
  • Monitor student performance, retention and feedback, taking action where needed
  • Manage and support Games Design Lecturer(s), setting clear expectations and standards
  • Review teaching quality and provide coaching and feedback where required
  • Ensure delivery is engaging, structured and aligned to agreed outcomes
  • Build a high performance culture within the subject area
  • Ensure students receive a high quality, industry relevant learning experience
  • Drive strong academic outcomes, progression and satisfaction
  • Support resolution of academic issues and escalate where required
  • Work with academic leadership to align the subject with wider HE strategy
  • Build links with industry to keep content current and relevant
  • Contribute to course reviews, validations and external partner requirements

About you

  • A high standards mindset, with attention to detail
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands on problem solving

  • A collaborative, no ego approach in a growing organisation

Salary and benefits
