This role offers an ASAP start in Grangemouth.

You will:

Lead and supervise a small gang of groundworkers, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
Coordinate daily site activities and allocate tasks to the team
Carry out all aspects of groundwork including drainage, kerbing, flagging, concreting, and excavation
Read and interpret site drawings and work closely with site management to meet project deadlines
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard while maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations
Operate plant and machinery where required and assist the team with hands-on groundwork dutiesWe're Looking For:

Previous experience working as a Ganger Groundworker or in a supervisory groundwork role
Valid SSSTS or SMSTS qualification (preferred) and relevant CSCS card
CPCS/NPORS plant tickets are advantageous
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to motivate a team to deliver quality workWhat's In It For You
