Are you a Ganger, Site Supervisor or Working Supervisor with a background in civils, utilities or deep excavation looking for a stable, hands-on role with an established contractor?

In this hands-on supervisory role, you will lead the site team while remaining actively involved in the work. You will help coordinate labour, plant and materials, support excavation and pipework activities, oversee banksman and lifting operations, and ensure work is completed safely in line with RAMS and project requirements.

This role would suit a Ganger, Site Supervisor or Working Supervisor with strong civils or water industry experience who is happy to get stuck in alongside the team. SSSTS or relevant NPORS qualifications are required, with a Thames Water Passport preferred.

The Role:

Supervise and coordinate site teams working on deep excavation, utilities and civil engineering projects
Lead from the front while remaining hands-on with excavation, trench boxes, pipe bedding and general civils work
Coordinate plant, labour and materials while overseeing banksman and lifting activities
Ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently in line with RAMS, permits and site requirementsThe Person:

Experienced Ganger, Site Supervisor or Working Supervisor with a civils, utilities or water background
SSSTS or relevant NPORS qualification, with banksman/slinger experience
Thames Water Passport preferred and willing to work as part of a hands-on site team
