As a Sales Associate at GAP you will play a key role in creating a memorable and engaging experience for every customer. You’ll be the face of the brand, connecting with shoppers, sharing product knowledge and supporting store operations across all areas. To be a successful Sales Associate at GAP you will-

Deliver outstanding customer service and support across sales, fitting rooms and tills
Drive sales by recommending products and using suggestive sales techniques
Maintain a clean and organised welcoming store environment 
Follow all store procedures for handling returns, exchanges, and customer concerns
Support operational processes including restocking, back of house tasks, and store presentation
Work towards individual and team goals to contribute to overall store success

About You:
To be successful at GAP you will have-

Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic retail environment
Passion for retail and delivering high standards in everything you do
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and varied shifts

What’s Next

As part of your application you will be required to complete an online assessment. This will involve a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment. Our in-store recruitment team will then review the successfully completed applications and those that match the job criteria closest will be contacted to arrange an initial Interview so we can have a chat to find out more about you.
