In this role, you'll be working on-site at residential and commercial properties across the South East helping to manage projects and carry out hands-on work such as digging, herbicide treatments, landscaping, planting, pruning, turfing, and site clearance. Over time, you'll step into more responsibility as you build experience and confidence.

The Role:

• Hands-on site work including invasive plant removal, herbicide treatments, and landscaping
• Supervising small jobs and working with other site teams across the UK
• Ongoing training and development into a leadership position

The Person:

• Experience in garden maintenance, landscaping or horticulture
• Wanting to progress to a supervisor
• Based in Woking UK driving license
