We have an opportunity for a Garment Technical Admin Assistant to join a fun and glamorous lifestyle fashion brand. Reporting to the Senior Garment Technician you will assist with fittings, samples, production. testing, compliance and other general administration tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Contribute to workbooks for new styles.
Measure samples and update workbooks with measurements across various product categories.
Inspect garments and note quality issues.
Log all fit, SMS, PP and production samples.
Model management for fit sessions.
Assist in sending production grading to factories.
Chase test reports and production AQLs.
Ensure factory audits are up to date for senior technologists to review

You will be providing day to day support to the technical department and the product development team. Assisting with sample management and other admin as and when required. The ideal candidate will be able to build strong relationships with the factories, team and customers. You should have 1-2 years’ experience as a Technical Admin Assistant.
