Gas Engineer

Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a national heating contractor operating within the local authority sector.

They require self-employed heating engineers for a long-term social housing contract.

Contract Details:

Location: Shrewsbury – SY1, SY2, SY3, SY4, SY5, SY6, TF1, TF2, TF4, TF6, TF8, TF9
Contract: Housing Association
Work Type: Landlord Gas Safety Checks and Central Heating Repairs
Commitment: Minimum of 3 set days per week
Contract Length: Ongoing
Payment terms: Weekly one week in arrears.

Rates:

* £240.00 per day (all parts supplied)

* Out of hours rates also available

Requirements:

* 2 years of qualified experience as a heating engineer

* ACS Qualifications including CKR1 (Gas Cookers) & HTR1 (Gas Fires – not essential)

* Panel Van (plain or sign written)

* Gas Safe Registration

* Clean DBS Check

* No more than 6 points on Driving Licence

* Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser

* £2m Public Liability Insurance
