Gas Engineer

We are currently recruiting for experienced Gas Engineers to join a long-term 5-year social housing refurbishment and maintenance programme in Manchester.

This is an excellent opportunity for qualified Gas Engineers looking for consistent, long-term work on a major housing programme.

Duties will include:

* Domestic gas servicing and maintenance

* Boiler installation, servicing and repairs

* Gas appliance installation and replacement

* Fault finding and remedial works

* Central heating and hot water systems

* Working within occupied residential properties

* Completing relevant certification and paperwork

* Liaising professionally with tenants

* Working alongside other trades and site teams

Requirements:

* Valid Gas Safe registration

* Relevant domestic gas qualifications

* Current CCN1 and appropriate appliances/ACS qualifications

* Previous experience within social housing or refurbishment is desirable

* Own tools and PPE

* Full UK driving licence

* Excellent communication and customer-service skills

* Reliable and professional approach

Long-term work available, with the programme expected to run for approximately 5 years
