Gas Engineers (Domestic & Commercial)

Location: Derby, Nottinghamshire & Surrounding Areas
Salary: £40,300 - £45,000 per annum + Overtime + Excellent Benefits

Key Responsibilities

Service, maintain and repair gas boilers and heating systems.

*

Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently and effectively.

*

Carry out planned preventative maintenance and emergency repairs.

*

Perform installation work where required.

*

Maintain accurate records using the company's job management system.

*

Deliver excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships.

*

Ensure all work is completed in line with industry regulations and health & safety standards.

*

Work across both domestic and small commercial environments, depending on experience and qualifications.

Domestic Gas Engineer Requirements

Candidates applying for the domestic role should ideally hold:

Strong experience servicing and repairing domestic heating systems

*

Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding abilities

Commercial Gas Engineer Requirements

Candidates applying for the commercial role should have:

Relevant commercial gas qualifications

*

Experience carrying out service, repair, maintenance, and installation work on commercial heating systems

*

Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

*

Experience working within commercial environments such as offices, retail units, schools, healthcare facilities, or similar sites

Essential Requirements

*

Previous experience as a Gas Engineer

*

Excellent customer service and communication skills

*

Strong technical knowledge of heating and boiler systems

*

Full UK Driving Licence
