We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Gas Engineer to join our expanding team, working across the NN postcode area. We're looking for a dedicated professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day gas repairs and maintenance

*

Conduct fault-finding and diagnostics

*

Complete annual servicing visits

*

Meet first-time fix targets

*

Maintain high standards of safety and workmanship

*

Ensure a customer-first approach in all interactions

*

Attend scheduled jobs punctually and communicate any delays to the contact centre and customer

What We’re Looking For

*

Valid ACS qualifications and other relevant gas certifications

*

Full UK Driving Licence (maximum 6 points)

*

Experience in the social housing sector (preferred but not essential)

*

Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge

*

Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude

*

Ability to work with a diverse customer base
