Most of what they focus on is within the domestic markets due to the ongoing relationships with local authorities and housing associations. Due to the constant growth of the company, there is an opportunity to work on a range of projects across the company. They are ultimately looking for a candidate who is really passionate about making a difference and looking to progress in a role.

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and overseeing teams of Engineers. This will span across various sites around Birmingham and you will be evaluating performance in order to help improve the team. You will be using your technical knowledge in order to assist others and work closely with other management staff.

The ideal candidate will be fully gas qualified with all their relevant domestic tickets (all still in date). They will have experience working with/managing teams of engineers and a desire to be a manager going forward. Having a desire to progress and be a key player in the companies ongoing projects will be vital to succeed in the position. With you covering an area in and around Birmingham you must have some flexibility with travel and a full driving license.
