Job Description

My client recently secured the purchase of this iconic building and is ready to hire the general Manager to take it through its refurbishment phase to opening and beyond to secure it's place as the best Gastro Pub in the area.

Opportunities don't come along this often and to attract my client, you first must have excellent organisational skills, be smart, both in your personality and appearance, have a real interest in food, yes you will be ab;e to enjoy a pub atmosphere but people essentially are here to enjoy the food.

You will have experience that will have been food based, fresh food, and really want to work with a top quality chef further define the future moving forward.

Guests will see you as a face of the property, you will get to know them and share parts of there life whilst they dine with you. That blend between knowing when to have the personality time and knowing when to manage you people, controlling the show.
