Gateman / Gateperson/ CSCS Labourer

Location: Hadley, Worcestershire
Reports to: Site Manager

Role
Responsible for managing the site entrance, controlling access, assisting with deliveries and maintaining a safe environment for vehicles, pedestrians, visitors and site personnel.

Key Duties
Control access to and from the site.
Manage and direct delivery vehicles.
Assist with traffic management and vehicle movements.
Ensure visitors follow site signing-in and induction procedures.
Maintain safe pedestrian and vehicle routes.
Monitor and report hazards, incidents and unauthorised access.
Communicate professionally with drivers, contractors, visitors and the public.
Follow all Kier health, safety and site procedures.

Requirements
Previous construction/site experience preferred.
Valid CSCS card where required.

Banksman/Traffic Marshal qualification desirable.
Good communication skills.
Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious.
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
