Gatesperson

3D Personnel are currently looking for a Gateman for a construction project in Blyth.

The day-to-day duties will consist of:

Managing the site entrance and welcoming all visitors, subcontractors, clients and deliveries.
Ensuring all visitors sign in and that site records are completed accurately.
Acting as the first point of contact for anyone arriving on site.
Checking and verifying deliveries, directing vehicles and safely banking lorries when required.
Monitoring site access and ensuring no unauthorised personnel enter the premises.
Maintaining a safe, tidy and organised gate area at all times.
Carrying out wheel washing and jet washing duties when required, depending on site and weather conditions.
Following all site procedures and carrying out additional duties as instructed by the site management team.
Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with site health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Must hold a valid CSCS Card
Must hold a valid Traffic Marshal/ Gateman ticket
Must be hard working and driven
Must have valid ID/Passport
Must have full PPE (Hard hat, hi-vis, and safety boots)

The pay rate quoted for this role is PAYE Umbrella which will see additional deductions to you take home hourly rate
For certain job roles payment via CIS could be a pay option, but please be aware that not all job roles are eligible to be paid CIS
