Are you a passionate and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in the Leeds area? Are you driven to make a positive impact on a child’s education and development? We are working alongside primary schools around Leeds who are seeking dedicated and supportive Teaching Assistants to join their teams, with opportunities across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons across the curriculum, helping pupils to develop their confidence, skills and understanding. You will play a key role in supporting children’s learning, encouraging their participation and making a positive impact on their academic and personal development.
Key Responsibilities

Support teachers in delivering engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
Create a positive, supportive learning environment where all pupils feel encouraged and able to thrive.
Provide individual and small-group support to help pupils develop their skills, confidence and understanding.
Build positive, collaborative relationships with pupils, teachers, staff and parents.
Help maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment, encouraging positive behaviour and engagement.
Assist with classroom preparation, learning resources and activities to support effective teaching and learning.What We’re Looking For

Experience working with children in a school or educational setting is desirable.
A passion for supporting pupils’ learning and development.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
The ability to encourage positive behaviour and manage classroom challenges.
