Cover Supervisor

Location: Leicester
Salary: £95 - £110 a day (dependant on experience)
Contract: Full-time/Part-time positions available
Start date: Immediate

At Clarence Recruitment we are working with a highly respectable school in Leicester, looking for the right candidate who demonstrates the art of working hard, who values equality and someone who takes pride in providing a safe environment not only for themselves but for the students and the staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive and orderly environment.
- Oversee students carrying out tasks and activities and offer support when needed.
- Provide feedback to the absent teacher regarding behaviours, work and engagement.
- Able to adapt to different school environments, timetables and student's needs.
- Be reliable and flexible as you'll be located at different schools.
- Adapt to changes and challenges effectively.
- Support students with additional needs if necessary.

Requirements:
- Previous experience with children, teaching and supervising is desirable.
- Enhanced DBS checked.
- Good communication skills and a professional manner.
- First aid trained is desirable.
- Flexible and proactive approach to work.
- GCSE's in Maths and English.
- Adaptable to different subjects, year groups and teaching styles.
- Have experience with behavioural management.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
