We are currently recruiting for an experienced General Foreman to join our team on the A9 project.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work on a major infrastructure project, with a minimum duration of 2 years. Pay rate is DOE (Dependent on Experience).
Key Responsibilities
* Day-to-day supervision of site operations.
* Managing subcontractors across highways and civils works.
* Coordinating site activities to ensure programme delivery.
* Ensuring full compliance with health and safety procedures.
* Reading and interpreting construction drawings.
* Planning works and allocating resources effectively.
* Reporting progress and site updates to the site management team.
Requirements
* CSCS Black or Gold Card (Essential)
* SSSTS or SMSTS (Essential)
* First Aid Certificate
* Right to Work in the UK (Essential)
* Proven experience working as a General Foreman.
* Strong background in highways and civil engineering projects, with a particular emphasis on structures, retaining walls, and culverts.
* Experience managing subcontractors, site teams, and daily site operations.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
