An opportunity for an General Manager has opened up with an impressive company in the FMCG sector. This will be a direct link between the board and operational teams, requiring a balance of leading from the front to bring energy to the team and an intelligence and commercial awareness to make business critical decisions.

You will need to deliver P&L in line with budgets and in line with business strategy. Your role will be at the forefront of the operational success covering all packing, warehouse and distribution.

Part of the role will include Capex projects that you will need to be at the forefront of to make them a success. The delivery of industry leading service level, people development and continuous improvement projects to create more a efficient operation will determine your success in the role.

The ideal candidate will have overseen full site operations at General Manager / Senior Operations level in an FMCG company. You will be an innovative, progressive leader with an outstanding operational skillet to deliver business objectives with strategic mind to drive forward the business making it truly world class and engaging all stakeholders.
