I'm currently working with an exciting, fast-growing hospitality group that’s looking for a talented and driven General Manager to lead one of their standout venues. This isn’t your typical high-street chain - this brand is all about 1920s-inspired, speakeasy-style charm. Think low lighting, live jazz, expertly crafted cocktails, and a strong focus on guest experience.

While the brand is currently operating under the radar, they’ve quickly become known for delivering memorable nights out in a uniquely atmospheric setting. Their venues blend vintage design with modern service standards, drawing in a diverse crowd who value quality, ambiance, and energy.

The Role
As General Manager, you’ll be the face and force behind the venue - leading a team, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the business hits its financial and service goals. This is a hands-on leadership role that offers the autonomy to truly make your mark while being backed by a forward-thinking and supportive senior team.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous General Manager experience in a high-energy, guest-focused bar or hospitality venue
• A natural leader who can inspire and develop a team
• Strong commercial acumen with a passion for creating memorable customer experiences
• Background in cocktail-led, late-night, or concept-driven venues is a strong plus
