General Manager | Customer Focused Store | £50,000 - £55,000

We have an unrivalled opportunity to joining a leading retailer who is looking to recruit an exceptional General Store Manager, a General Manager with a track record of delivering a high level of service to customers on every visit.

As our new General Manager you will be at the forefront of motivating a great team, ensuring all standards are achieved and all customers and are treated to the highest level of care at all times.

We are open to applications from retailers or hospitality managers who know how to motivate colleagues, who can deliver results and be an important part of our clients future.

The role as a General Manager:

What we want:

• Retail experience in either store management or senior management
• Hospitality experience in a great environment
• Currently managing KPIs and budgets to improve their current store performance
• Has a track record of driving sales and performance
• Enjoys retail and makes sure it's a fun place to work!
