General Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for a General Manager who wants a fully autonomous, P&L accountable leadership role, offering you the chance to influence strategy, lead sales performance, and drive profitability in a high-volume, service-driven environment.

Along with a basic salary of up to £80,000 per annum, you will receive:

What you’ll be doing as General Manager:

• Taking ownership of commercial and operational performance
• Managing SLAs, customer renewals, pricing negotiations, and debtor control
• Strategically leading a proactive sales team (not reliant on a captive audience)
• Cross-functional team development, succession planning, and site culture building
• Taking responsibility for both financial performance and community engagement
