The Role: General Manager Brighton

As General Manager for Brighton, you will oversee the operations and sales for the region, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. You’ll be responsible for maintaining occupancy - building an exceptional community for existing members, while signing up new ones - plus solving facilities issues and motivating a small team. We are looking for a confident and engaging relationship builder who is comfortable leading from the front, spinning lots of plates and setting high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same. Your key responsibilities will revolve around:

• Build an exceptional member experience, including delivering an extensive events calendar and building an engaged and vibrant community 
• Ensure impeccable standards across your site - managing operational requirements such as maintenance and cleaning
• Troubleshooting facilities issues and ensuring sites are compliant and within budget
• Maintaining Occupancy through your sales pipeline, touring prospective members, holding retention conversations with existing members and cultivating relationships both within Runway East and the surrounding ecosystem
• Building relationships with your team, motivating them, training them, setting expectations and creating a service-first culture 
• Improving our processes and questioning systems to make them as efficient as possible
