As General Manager, you will take full ownership of the store, translating the brand's vision into actionable strategies. You'll lead a large, multidisciplinary team, oversee commercial performance, and ensure exceptional customer experiences in a high-footfall, creative retail environment.

General Manager Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and develop a team of 25+ associates, including supervisors and department leads
Oversee stock management, buying, deliveries, merchandising, and supplier relationships
Manage budgets, margins, costs, wastage, and loss prevention
Drive excellent customer service in a busy, fast-paced environment
Plan for seasonal peaks, promotions, and store events
Handle recruitment, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and absence management
Support social media, in-store events, launches, and brand initiatives
