We are currently recruiting for an exceptional General Manager to join one of London’s most exciting and award-winning hospitality groups.

This is an incredible opportunity for a charismatic, commercially driven operator to take full ownership of a high-volume London venue within a fast-growing business known for its vibrant pubs, bars, and restaurants. The group has built a reputation for quality food, great drinks, strong culture, and some of the best hospitality venues in the capital.

You will have the autonomy to run the business as if it were your own, leading from the front while driving standards, developing your team, and delivering an outstanding guest experience.

The Role:
• Full ownership of a busy, high-volume London venue
• Driving sales, service standards, and overall performance
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a large front-of-house team
• Managing P&L, labour, stock, and operational controls
• Creating an energetic, guest-focused culture
• Working closely with senior leadership on business performance and growth
• Maintaining high standards across service, atmosphere, and operations

What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a General Manager within premium pubs, bars, or restaurants
• Strong commercial and operational understanding
• High-volume experience essential
• Excellent floor presence and customer service skills
• A confident leader who thrives in fast-paced environments
• Passion for hospitality, people, and team development
• Calm under pressure with a hands-on management style
• Personal Licence beneficial
