Key Responsibilities Ensure that quality standards are always maintained and drive for continuous improvement Ensure that all audits are carried out as specified and actions addressed in a timely manner Practise maximum integrity in all dealings with service users’ personal and financial affairs to build and maintain trust Effectively manage Care Centre Staff through coaching, mentorship and development to inspire, motivate and lead the team, dealing effectively with performance issues when they arise. Maintaining staff supervisions. Assess and maintain the correct number of Staff for the Care Centre at any given time through robust rostering and maintenance. To recruit appropriate Staff where necessary. Be ‘on-call’ for emergencies, which may arise within the Care Centre, and to cover shifts if all other avenues have been exhausted. Reviewing dependency scoring on minimum monthly basis. Monitoring staff skill mix and ratio on monthly basis Maintain control of the budgetary spend within the Care Centre through regular monitoring Effectively manage relationships with service users, their families, and people within the local community and with professional colleagues.Requirements Essential: Exceptional Knowledge in the Elderly Healthcare Sector. Demonstrated ability to manage teams, deliver improvements, and sustain compliance. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Quality focus mindset with a Hands-on approach. Proven experience in leading CQC Inspection resulting in ‘Good’ or ‘outstanding’Desirable: Passionate about delivering exceptional, person-centred care. RMA/NVQ 5 or equivalent – completed or enrolled.
