As General Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in launching and shaping a premium wellness destination that blends fitness, therapy, hospitality and sensory wellbeing. Working closely with the founder, they will take full ownership of operational excellence, commercial performance, team leadership and the overall guest journey, ensuring every aspect of the business reflects the brand’s elevated standards.

Launching with an initial prototype location in Central London, the business has ambitious plans for future expansion, including a flagship destination that will bring together wellness practitioners, fitness experiences, cultural programming and hospitality-inspired service under one roof.

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the studio while establishing the systems, processes and culture required for long-term growth.
Acting as the operational heartbeat of the business, they will ensure the studio delivers a seamless guest experience, strong commercial performance and exceptional service standards from day one.

Leading all aspects of business operations, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience across every customer touchpoint.
Taking full ownership of the P&L, driving revenue growth, profitability and overall commercial performance.
Building and implementing operational systems, processes and procedures that support efficiency, consistency and future scalability.
Developing and executing membership growth, retention and customer engagement strategies to maximise long-term business performance.
Monitoring business KPIs, analysing performance data and implementing strategies to improve operational and commercial results.
Recruiting, onboarding and leading a high-performing team, while fostering a strong culture aligned with the brand’s values and service philosophy.
Overseeing all front-of-house operations and ensuring hospitality-led service standards are consistently delivered.
Managing relationships with wellness practitioners, instructors, therapists and external partners while ensuring operational excellence across all service offerings.
Leading staffing strategy, scheduling, workforce planning and team development across all operational departments.
Supporting the founder in launch preparation, business planning and long-term strategic decision making.
Identifying operational efficiencies and leveraging technology, innovation and systems to improve business performance.
Playing a key leadership role in future expansion planning, helping build the operational framework for multi-site growth.
As the business scales, this role will naturally evolve into a broader senior leadership position with opportunities to oversee multiple locations and contribute significantly to the company’s long-term growth strategy.
The ideal candidate is a commercially driven and entrepreneurial leader who combines strong operational expertise with a genuine passion for wellness, hospitality and creating world-class experiences.
They will be highly comfortable operating within a start-up environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, while embracing the opportunity to build something exceptional from the ground up.
Previous experience in a General Manager, Senior Operations Manager, Regional Manager or multi-site leadership role.
A background within premium hospitality, luxury wellness, boutique fitness or high-end service-led environments.
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, driving revenue and delivering operational KPIs.
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to create structure within a fast-moving environment
Natural leadership qualities with experience building, motivating and developing high-performing teams.
A guest-first mindset and a passion for delivering elevated customer experiences
The confidence to work autonomously while collaborating closely with founders and senior stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
An interest in innovation, technology and the evolving wellness landscape.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across diverse teams and partner networks.
