As the on-site leader and brand ambassador, you'll drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction whilst overseeing all operational aspects of this luxury living community.

* Lead all on-site operations including leasing, maintenance, and resident services with a focus on community building

* Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver an exceptional living experience

* Drive leasing performance, manage budgets, and ensure the asset is maintained to the highest standards

Preferred Requirements

* Proven experience in Build to Rent

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and retain high-performing teams

* Commercially astute with demonstrated experience managing budgets and driving financial performance

* Ability to create and deliver an outstanding resident experience with a strong focus on community engagement

* Experience establishing corporate letting partnerships and driving leasing outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

* Background in Build To Rent

* Relevant professional qualification in property management or business administration

* Experience managing multi-unit residential or mixed-use developments
