General Manager

Founded in 2023, The Ebrington Collection Limited is an exciting new independent business with a strong desire to expand in the Cotswolds and London. Whilst ambition and drive is key to our success, the way we go about it is even more important to us, and family and partnership are at the heart and soul of who we are and what we do.
We currently have three pubs under the stewardship of Rupert Bagnall, someone with more hospitality experience than he would care to admit to at some of the countrys best-known and well-loved breweries and pub groups.
Rupert is looking for best in class candidates with a proven track record in leading successful fresh food led pubs, hotels or restaurants, to join up as we seek to expand and grow our small team. We run great pubs with fabulous food and lovely bedrooms and we are proud of offering the best possible experience to all our guests.
This role is ideal for ambitious GMs with a proven track record of sales and profit building, looking for a career within the group, and there is a real opportunity for career progression.
