Off to Work are partnering with this market leading, national contract caterer operating in the B&I sector in the recruitment of a Catering Manager for their new flagship site.

The role of the Catering Manager will be flexible, varied and will include the management of all aspects of the Food & Beverage operation across the site, ensuring service delivery standards, development of the food offer, compliance and profitability of the F&B operation.
Focus on leading the smooth delivery of all operations the smooth running of the day-to-day operations, delivering operational excellence across all aspects of the business - café & Food Retail Outlets , Hospitality and Events and ensure the highest levels of customer service at all time.
Deliver all financial aspects of the contract for both client and company whilst driving the current business and developing future opportunities.
In addition to overseeing all F&B you will be tasked with driving development, innovation, and expansion of what is a hugely exciting operation.
You will be able to proactively make suggestions to clients regarding innovation in food and food service to develop the business, lead and contribute to an excellent client experience as well as ensuring the correct support, training and development is given to the catering team.

Ideal candidates:
Experienced in managing catering operations within Contract Catering / corporate environment.
Financially savvy with a thorough knowledge, understanding of and working with budgets.
A genuine understanding of modern innovative food concepts (grab and go, casual dining / coffee bar…etc).
Great attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast-moving fresh food environment.
Mountains of personality & energy, strong service orientation and customer focus.
Strong leadership skills in leading & motivating the team to success.
Someone who think outside the box and bring creativity.
