Be At One, Greek Street in Leeds has a decked-out modern interior with some of the best audio and visual effects in the entire Be At One estate. With an energetic team and over 120 cocktails for our guests to choose from which is all the ingredients to make the best party atmosphere. This venue has three floors and rooms available for private hire,

What we're looking for...

Following a generous investment at site, we are currently seeking a results-oriented General Manager who can seamlessly manage pre-booked sales while driving overall sales growth at Be At One Greek Street in Leeds. As the driving force behind our bar's success, you will oversee all aspects of operations, ensuring that every guest experience exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead by example, inspiring and motivating our team to deliver outstanding service and unforgettable experiences.
Effectively manage pre-booked sales, ensuring seamless execution of private events and parties while maximizing revenue opportunities.
Take ownership of day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control, to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Foster strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and the local community to drive repeat business and enhance brand loyalty.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.
