Gaucho are looking for an experienced and passionate General Manager to join one of London team's The successful General Manager candidate will be an experienced restaurant operator, being fully accountable for guest experience, finance, sales growth, legal compliance and team development.

The General Manager will work closely with the Operations Director on projects and will take full ownership of them.

They will be an ambassador for the business, leading by example and driving the business.
