Job Description - General Manager

Your role with us at A.K.W.....

At all times act as a

role model

and

ambassador

for the A.K.W team.
Drinks are to specification with

no over dispensing .
Keeps within budgets set for ordering and stock control.
Stock rotation is followed in all areas.
Nurture and develop a strong sense of the 'A.K.W' culture building a solid cohesive team.
Ensure the team are presentable in terms of uniform and personal hygiene.
Where stated

ensure all company rules and guideline requirements are met.
Ensure all food and drink is presented for

service in a timely manner.
Deal with any customer complaints in a timely manner understanding that the duty managers decision is followed immediately, with any feedback being conducted after the service session to avoid affecting service.
Deliver the company bar & kitchen standards as identified on Kitchen Audit.
Full responsibility for the

health & safety, food safety and fire safety of the venue.
Complete regular fire checks as per check sheet, maintain and update risk analysis and ensure food safety policy is adhered to through daily sheets and front of house checks.
As part of this all staff should be trained in the relevant courses and understand the implications of their actions.

The site should pass all Environmental health officer inspections and fire safety inspections by governing organisations.

Hours: Full time role 5 days per week (hours may vary by demand)
Reporting to: The Operations Manager
Required: 2 years hospitality management experience Completion of Level 1&2 qualifications including: Food Safety L2, Fire Safety, Customer Service, Allergens, H&S L2 2, HACCP, COSSH (Can be completed internally prior to work commencing).
