As General Manager, you will:

Oversee property operations
Drive commercials and profitability
Create and enhance the resident experience
Build a community
Look after a team of ten

What we are looking for:

Hospitality professional with management experience
Hotel, apart-hotel, residential background
Proven track record of success in revenue and distribution management
Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Pre-opening, mobilisation and project management experience
Experience leading, managing and motivating a team
Entrepreneurial spirit with a start-up mindset
A strong stakeholder management approach
Ability to work under pressure and deal with the unexpected
Commitment to equality, diversity, and mutual respect; accepting differences and treating everyone fairly
