Hudsons is a vibrant restaurant and bar in the heart of Putney and we are seeking a highly skilled and passionate General Manager to join our dynamic team. As a General Manager, you will play a crucial role in running the day-to-day operations of the site while also managing an efficient service team. You will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure exceptional customer service, staff coordination, and overall success of the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
1. Operations:
Overseein all aspects of daily restaurant operations.
Supervise and train staff members to maintain excellent service standards and enhance customer satisfaction.
Manage inventory, supplies, and ensure proper food and beverage handling and storage.
Coordinate and maintain proper sanitation and safety procedures to meet health regulations.
Handle customer enquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
2. Beverage Expertise:
Possess detailed knowledge of wines, beers and spirits
Prepare and serve a variety of alcohol based and coffee based beverages with precision and consistency.
Possess knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and equipment operation.
