If you have a passion for maintaining high standards and ensuring the seamless operation of prestigious properties, we want to hear from you.The Management Recruitment Group are working with a prestigious client who manages a large iconic buildings and trophy assets in Central London, of significant size with grade A office, retail and SME space. They are seeking a General Manager to be responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of the designated building. They pride themselves on their sense of community, high quality facilities, and adherence to health and safety procedures.The incoming General Manager will be expected to manage and motivate a large multi-disciplinary team of technical, operational and engineering managers, whilst being the front-facing point of contact for the Client, plus all stakeholders and tenants of the building. This role would suit someone who can take the running of the building to the next level and help it to flourish.To be considered for this role, you should have:Experience of successfully managing large buildings with high footfall.Experience of building and fostering relationships with stakeholders & occupiers.Experience of acting as the ambassador and occupier representative of a building/estate.Strong financial acumen, managing large budgets and/or service charge budgetsExperience of leading and motivating teams, both in-house and contractorsA strong Health & Safety ethos, adhering and upholding standardsIf you would like to have a confidential discussion or be considered for this role, please get in touch with Matthew Evans or Emilia Fasano of The Management Recruitment Group.
