General Manager- Build to Rent BTR

Key Responsibilities

oversee and manager all aspects of day-to day property operations.

Lead and coordinate all on-site departments, ensuring operational excellence.

develop and implement effective leasing and marketing strategies to drive occupancy and income.

ensure high levels of resident satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery.

prepare, manager and monitor operational budgets and financial performance.

identify opportunities to optimise revenue and manage distribution channels

Requirement

Proven track record in residential property management, hospitality or BTR operations

strong background in sales, marketing and revenue management.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Experience managing budgets and financial reporting.

able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.

Inspirational leadership style with a collaborative and hands on approach.
