Area to be covered: Los Angeles

Remuneration: $120,000 - $130,000 + 8% profit share bonus

The role of the General Manager -Cubicles & Washrooms will involve:

• Sales focused General Manager position promoting a manufactured range of visual display products, portioning systems, cubicles and washroom accessories such as: access areas, partition systems, custom cubicles, washroom panelling, lockers, benches, door hardware
• Full P&L reasonability
• Developing & managing a team of 8 headcounts, including 2 sales reps, 2 project managers, 2 installers, warehouse & driver
• Responsible for all sales & operational functions within the Los Angeles branch to maximum profit
• Signing off on all PO’s
• Driving the sales reps targets and strategic growth plans

The ideal applicant will be a General Manager - Cubicles & Washrooms with:

• Must have senior operation or sales experience in the construction industry
• Must have people management experience
• Ideally have division 10 product experience
• Be able to manage full P&L balance sheet
• Must be a strong leader
