Job Overview: As the General Manager Designate, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring profitability, and delivering outstanding service. You will lead a dedicated team, manage performance, and implement strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.

General Manager Designate Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the store team to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and customer service.
• Analyse sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
• Drive sales growth through effective marketing, promotions, and customer engagement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting and cost control.
