General Manager in North London

Salary: £35k - £40k + Bonus

We are recruiting for this amazing health and fitness job in North London. We are looking for an outstanding manager to work with a well renowned and rapidly growing independent business within the health and fitness industry.

This is a very hands-on management role within the fitness industry and encompasses many areas including customers service standards, facility operations and driving membership sales to name a few.

The Role:

This opportunity will see you responsible for the the day to day running of the facilities

Inspiring and managing a the team to drive high performance, provide excellent levels of customer service, and consistently going above and beyond to deliver

Managing budgets, KPIs, P&L and driving club performance

Taking ownership for all aspects of the customer journey from driving membership sales to improving retention/net member movement.

The Person:

We are looking for experienced Manager who can demonstrate a high level of experience when running their own department or club, with an understanding about the levels of service needed to make their business a success.

Ideally you have worked in high end club management before and have a real passion for it. You must be a strong leader and people motivator, who can get the best from a team but also be willing to roll up your sleeves when needed.

Sales experience is ideal, and we are looking for people from Club Management, Assistant Club management and Operations Management backgrounds - who have worked within high end facilities.
