Weâre now looking for an experienced General Manager to lead across two of our Workspaces, setting the standard for workplace experience, team leadership, and commercial performance.
The Role
As a General Manager, youâll take full ownership of your buildings, leading teams to deliver an exceptional member experience while driving strong commercial outcomes. Youâll balance dayâtoâday operational excellence with longerâterm strategy, working closely with multiple stakeholders across the business.
This is a highly visible, peopleâled role where youâll lead from the front, roleâmodel Fora behaviours, and create environments where teams and members can thrive.
What Youâll Be Doing
Leading, motivating, and developing highâperforming teams across two sites
Owning the endâtoâend member journey and setting the standard for service and experience
Managing recruitment, onboarding, performance, probations, and team development
Driving a strong culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth
Taking full responsibility for site P&Ls, budgets, and EBITDA performance
Working closely with Sales and Marketing to support viewings, retention, and commercial success
Partnering with Facilities and Health & Safety teams to ensure safe, wellâmaintained buildings
Managing complex stakeholder relationships and delivering results in a fastâpaced environment
Extensive experience as a people manager in the hospitality, retail or co-working industry.âŻâŻ
Demonstrated success managing people, performance, and culture across complex environmentsÂ
Financial awareness, cost effective building management, managing budgets.âŻÂ
Highly refined verbal and writing communication skills.âŻâŻÂ
Good organisation skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.âŻâŻÂ
Proactive, detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.âŻâŻÂ
Individual with exceptional customer service skills and passionate about delivering exceptional experiences.âŻâŻÂ
