General Manager of Operations Key Responsibilities:
Leadership : Lead, motivate, and inspire a diverse team of operational staff to achieve high levels of performance and productivity.
Health & Safety : Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety awareness among all employees.
Operational Excellence:

Drive operational excellence initiatives on the shop floor, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Continuous Improvement : Champion a culture of continuous improvement, fostering innovation and driving initiatives to streamline processes and reduce waste.
KPI Management:

Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
Entrepreneurial Spirit:

Bring an entrepreneurial mindset to the role, seeking out new opportunities for growth and efficiency gains.
Implementation:

Proven track record of successfully implementing operational improvements, both through infrastructure enhancements and capital expenditure projects.

General Manager of Operations Qualifications and Experience:
Previous experience in a senior operational management role within the recycling industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Demonstrated track record of driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
Proven ability to work to KPIs and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant qualifications in operations management or a related field are desirable.

Salary:
