4.Operations is recruiting, on behalf of a well -established passenger transport operator in UK, an experienced General Manager to lead and develop its transport operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded transport professional looking to take ownership of a growing operation while leading operational teams and contributing to business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day -to -day management of transport operations.
  
• Organise and supervise office and operational staff.
  
• Develop new business opportunities and build client relationships.
  
• Ensure compliance with transport legislation and company procedures.
  
• Participate in the on -call management rota.
  
• Provide operational support, including driving duties when required.
  
• Drive operational performance and continuous improvement.
  

Requisitos

Requirements

• CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) in Passenger Transport.
  
• Previous management experience within the passenger transport industry.
  
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  
• Commercial awareness and business development experience.
  
• Valid DBS (or ability to obtain one).
  
• Full UK driving licence.
  
• Ability to live in or relocate within 20–30 minutes of Ipswich.
