 Our food is prepared by The Juicy Kitchen (Street Food Pop Up Dons)

 Our supreme Mixologists ensure our bar serve up outstanding cocktails

 Our events range from dj sets, performances to Outdoor Courtyard Parties

Although in our infancy our dreams are mature. We will stop at nothing to ensure that Fear X Loathing becomes one of the most diverse, entertaining sought after spots in the world. YES! The WORLD!!

> THE JOB ROLE

The captain has certain requirements to be able to steer this ship:

 Train, recruit and coach staff to get the best out of them

 Implement both company policy and legal standards

 Negotiate purchase prices and develop preferred suppliers

 Promote and demonstrate exceptional customer service

 Arrange, organise and execute all external food stall activities for The Juicy Kitchen

 Establish and implement financial controls

 Keep current with trends in the restaurant industry as well as identifying and evaluating competitors
