General Manager (Seasonal)

Blue Arrow has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced General Manager to join our client for the season (June- October).

Experienced hospitality General Manager required to lead our excellent team at this busy country hotel.
This is a Seasonal job starting in June until October 2024.

Due to the location applicants must be car owner or be able to live in.

The ideal applicant will have a minimum of 3 years Food and Beverage management experience, ideally in a high volume unit like a holiday camp or nightclub environment.

Duties include:
- Staff management
- Providing excellent customer service
- Adhering to Health and Safety and Food Hygiene rules
- Maintaining Operational procedures and budgets
- Stock ordering
- Monitoring daily operations of the business
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as Food beverage lead General Manager role
- A Personal License
- Be available to live in or drive to the venue
