Job Title: General Manager - IT Services & Solutions (Madrid, Spain)

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Take full P&L responsibility for the Spanish market, driving revenue and profitability.
  • Build and lead a high-performing outbound sales team from the ground up.
  • Develop and strengthen OEM and enterprise partnerships to grow market share.
  • Drive integration across systems, culture, and operations following recent acquisitions.
  • Oversee day-to-day operational execution including logistics, customer service, and sales support.
  • Attract and develop top talent while fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Launch new products and expand the company's regional footprint across Spain and EMEA.
  • Collaborate closely with global teams to align strategy and execution.
  • Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements and internal governance.

Key Attributes Required:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership within product sales, MSPs, or reseller environments.
  • Track record of building outbound sales functions and delivering rapid growth.
  • Experience with business integration or change leadership post-acquisition.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; strategic, analytical, and results-oriented.
  • Resilient and empathetic leader with the ability to scale teams and business units effectively.
