Are you an General Manager or similar with a WAMITAB qualification looking to join a rapidly growing Waste Recycling company, who have doubled in size over the last year?

Do you want an autonomous role with excellent progression routes, where you can implement your own operational strategies and progress your career?

This multi-million pound company, established 15+ years ago have since seen excellent growth, now with a headcount of over 100 employees. They specialise in Waste Recycling, with a state of the art facility in their Hartlepool depot. Due to their continued growth plans, they are looking to add a General Manager to their team.

In this dynamic role you will be responsible for managing the site operations of the yard, including managing staff and driver management. You will be responsible for communicating with shareholders as well as leading a team.

This role would suit a General Manager or similar with a WAMITAB qualification looking for an autonomous role with excellent progression opportunities within a multi-million pound organisation.

The Role:

• Managing on-site operations.
• Logistics management including driver and transport management.
• Implement your own operations strategies.
• Monday - Friday on-site role.

The Person:

• General Manager or similar.
• WAMITAB qualification.
• Commutable to Hartlepool site.
