Job Description - General Manager - XOYO, Birmingham

Ticketek Entertainment Group (TEG) is a global fan experience Company that tickets, promotes and delivers incredible live experiences that are impossible to forget.  In a distracted world where nothing beats real human moments, we make life better live!

Our Group includes; our Fan Experience Platform (Ticketek) that sells tickets and provides value added services, Event promoting with businesses across Touring (TEG Touring), Venues (TEG Venues), Sport (TEG Sport), and Family Experiences (TEG Experiences) and our digital business (Ovation) which focuses on delivering seamless data-driven outcomes for our fans and partners

TEG Venues consists of the venues which we own and operate across the UK, including Tramshed and The Globe in Cardiff, XOYO and Camden Assembly in London as well as XOYO, Birmingham.

We're now hiring an experienced General Manager for XOYO, Birmingham to bring experiences to life within our Digbeth based venue.

We love what we do, and we want our staff to share that passion, so we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

·        Sound operational experience within a similar high-profile venue

·        To hold a Personal Licence (essential)

·        To have a genuine passion for live music and events

·        A commitment towards exceptional customer service

·        Personable, well organised and who is an excellent communicator

·        Financially and commercially astute

This role will involve late night and weekend working.
