General Office Team Leader

Owen Reed is looking to recruit a General Office Team Leader to join the Operations department for a top law firm in Birmingham. This is a permanent, full-time role which is 100% office-based.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to oversee essential operational services and play a key role in supporting a thriving legal environment.

The General Office Team Leader will:

• Manage and train a General Office Assistant to deliver workplace services.
• Oversee incoming requests through task management systems.
• Review and adjust resource allocation to meet business needs.
• Promote best practices and manage change effectively.
• Coordinate facilities and maintenance requests.
• Liaise with the Front of House team for reception cover and support.
• Ensure staff kitchens are fully stocked with catering supplies.

The ideal General Office Team Leader will have:

• Relevant experience in a similar professional services environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
