General Operative

We’re on the lookout for a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing team in Birmingham.

This role is a mix of traditional warehouse duties - picking, packing, restacking pallets - with some light engineering work involved, including using a press brake to bend sheet metal and cutting materials to size. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

If you're someone who’s practical, a fast learner, and not afraid to get stuck in - this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• General warehouse duties: picking, packing, and restacking products
• Operating machinery including a press brake (bending sheet metal)
• Cutting sheet metal and other materials to specific measurements
• Keeping your workstation clean, safe, and organised
• Supporting other departments as required

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience (preferred)
• Confident using hand tools or machinery (experience with press brake is a bonus but not essential)
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
