General Operative

e are currently seeking a dedicated General Operative to join our team. As a General Operative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth running of daily tasks.
Duties:
- Assist in daily equipment preparation. - Support on regular preventative maintenance on machinery.
- Troubleshoot and fault find on equipment.
- Assembly and disassembly of machinery, components and structures. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment. - Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times. - Support the team in achieving production targets. - Perform quality checks on products. - Handle materials and supplies efficiently.
Skills:
Required Skills: - Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. - Strong attention to detail. - Good communication skills. - Physical stamina to perform manual labour tasks.
Nice-to-Have Skills: - Familiarity with operating machinery. - Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
The successful candidate must have a valid UK driving license.
